During my friend's, Sarah, visit to the Fischer Upper a while ago, I whipped up a batch of no-stir Parmesan risotto for lunch, and it was a hit. It's the perfect side dish, and the best part? It won't have you slavin' away in the kitchen all day. These days, we're all about easy and efficient, right?
The key to this dish is in its simplicity – just pop it in the oven, let it work its magic, and voilà! People will think you've been toilin' away for hours when, in reality, you've only checked on it when it's ready. 🙌🏼
