- 1 t salt
- 1 t pepper
- ⅓ c Vegetable or canola oil
- ½ c Stubb’s spicy BBQ sauce
- ½ c orange marmalade
- ¼ c low sodium soy sauce
- 1 T chili garlic sauce omit if you don’t want it spicy
- 2 t sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cut chicken into medium sized chunks, about an inch cubed.
- Toss into a ziplock bag with corn starch, salt and pepper.
- Shake to coat.
- Heat oil in a large skillet until hot.
- Using tongs, shake excess corn starch off chicken pieces and add in a single layer to the oil.
- Sautee 3-4 minutes per side, until done.
- While chicken cooks, mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl until combined.
- When chicken is cooked, add sauce to the skillet and sauté 2-3 minutes until thickened.
