Homemade Orange Sauce: Customize Your Heat

The star of this dish is undoubtedly the homemade orange sauce. Made with orange marmalade, soy sauce, spicy bbq sauce and chili garlic sauce, this sauce is what gives the chicken its signature sticky coating. One of the best things about making the sauce yourself is the ability to control the heat level. If you like your food with a kick, add some red pepper flakes or sriracha. If you prefer a milder flavor, simply leave out the spice and chili garlic sauce. This customization makes the dish versatile and suitable for all taste preferences.
