OLD FASHIONED MEATLOAF CUPS
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- ΒΌ c shredded mexican blend cheese
- ΒΌ c Panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- Β½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 c ketchup
- 1 T yellow mustard
- 1 T brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375.
- In a medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients except ketchup, mustard and brown sugar.
- Mix with your hands, but be careful not to over-mix to prevent toughness.
- Portion out 6 meatloaf cups in a regular sized muffin tin sprayed with cooking spray.
- In a small bowl, combine ketchup, mustard and brown sugar.
- Top each meatloaf cup generously.
- Set pan on top of a large baking sheet to prevent any grease spillover in your oven.
- Bake for 28-30 minutes until cooked through.
